"Order showed up right"
I ordered a few things and, yeah, it all came how I picked it on the site. Sizes were right, colors were right, and the stuff in the bag matched the order. Nothing missing, nothing weird swapped out or messed up. Simple order, and it went fine.

"I tried to place my order..."
I tried to place my order online, but of course it started lagging right when I got to checkout. I kept thinking it would finally go through, but it just made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. The food was okay once I got it, but even the pickup time ended up being wrong, so I was stuck dealing with that too. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt like one of those times where nothing goes smoothly for me.

I had a good feeling it was going to be a smooth experience, and it was. My order showed up quickly, and pickup was simple with no hassle.

"Decent comfort food, but I wish there were more options"
Piccadilly is fine if you’re in the mood for the usual comfort food, and a few things I’ve had were good. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the menu feels a little limited and kind of samey after a while. I can see why people like it for the classics, but I do wish they’d switch things up or add a few more choices. Overall, it’s okay, just not somewhere I’d go if I wanted a lot of variety.

"Pretty solid deal for the price"
Overall, I thought it was a good value. I managed to find a decent deal, and the ordering process was simple enough. It’s probably not the absolute cheapest option out there, but it feels like the quality is a bit better than some of the lower-priced stuff I’ve seen. I’d likely use them again as long as the prices stay reasonable.

"Customer service was okay, but a bit slow"
I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service to get it fixed. They did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. Their first reply helped a little, but I still had to follow up before everything was actually sorted out. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it would’ve been better if the response was quicker and a bit clearer the first time...

"First thing I noticed was how quick it was"
My first impression was that the queue looked like it might take a while, but it moved way faster than I expected. I was sorted out quickly and didn’t feel like I was waiting around at all

"Fresh and filling, with one small miss"
Overall, I thought the food was good. It tasted fresh, the portions were filling, and the sides were definitely a nice touch. To be fair, the only thing that didn’t quite hit for me was the chicken, which was a little dry. Still, not a bad meal at all, and I’d be open to trying it again.
